1. Enter your clinic webpage and go straight to booking section.
2. Choose the speciality in which you need some help. Then choose a desired service. Remember: video-consultation is available only when the service on the list is marked with (video) part after the name. Eg. First consultation (video).
3. Indicate a date and time when you wish your visit to take place.
4. You will see a list of doctors. Choose one and on the right side choose the exact day and time for your video-consultation.
5. You will need to login to your account at this step (if done before, go to the next point).
6. Confirmation window appears there. Please check all the information before moving further. You will see a price of the service here too.
7. If everything is good, confirm and go to payment section by clicking on 'PAY' button.
8. Confirm terms and conditions by putting a tick ✔️in the box below the price window.
9. Here you will see a standard payment window. Put a name and a surname of a cardholder, card number, its expiration date and card security code (you will find it on the back of the card).
10. Confirm a payment using a 'Yes, I confirm my payment'. Wait for the final confirmation.
11. When the appointment if confirmed you will also receive and SMS message with the exact information about your visit.
Congratulations! Your visit is now booked and confirmed! Now let's check how to connect with your specialist.
45 minutes before the consultation starts you will receive an email message containing a link to a meeting room in the Video Consultation application. Enter the link straight before the appointment start time and... just wait for the specialist! You don't need to do anything more.
When a specialist connects, you will see them here - the consultation stars then. After the consultation just close this tab in your browser.
Video-consultation is a future - it lets you get proper help immediately, whenever and wherever you need.
One of the newest functionalities in TuOTempO is the possibility of changing present visits into online visits. The procedure is simple:
1. Make sure that the specialists that will offer online consultation have e-mails address registered in their profile. They will receive the Zoom link in this e-mail
2. Click in Appointments > Manage Appointments
3. Use the filters (Date, Resource, Group, Service...) to visualize the desired appointments.
4. Select the appointments you want to convert.
5. Click in Actions > Convert to Video Consultation
All the selected appointments of resources which have a saved email address will become Video Consultations and the patients will receive a message informing about the change.
Doing this, you can keep your patients in their home, safe!
